Summer has started already......and as a sign you could feel the scorching hot in the morning itself....and you could also see the watermelons, tender coconuts, baby cucumbers everywhere....
It is must to keep your body cool during summer. And best is to consume lots & lots of fruits & vegetables.
Baby cucumber is a simple yet wonderful vegetable which keeps the body very cool. And pomegranate fruit has lot of benefits in it. So I have prepared a simple salad combining these 2.
Fruit + vegetable = Heavenly healthy salad
You can just wash & eat baby cucumber like this also....:-)
But why not give a try to my below given recipe...:-)
Baby cucumber - 1 cup - sliced
Pomegranate - 1/2 cup
Chat masala - 1 tbsp
1. Add the sliced baby cucumber + pomegranates in a big bowl and mix it together.
2. For dressing, Sprinkle salt & chat masala over the mixed fruit & vegetable.
3. Mix & toss until the fruit & vegetable are evenly coated.
4. Garnish with coriander & mint leaves. Serve as a healthy snack.
